If you find yourself with a few free moments and are tempted to turn on the Olympics . . . don't. Instead, watch this interview from Larry King Live with the Chapman family and praise God that He is given the glory, even in tragedy.

And have a box of Kleenex close by.

Very good! I understand Larry is a journalist and needs to stay neutral, but a little sensitivity wouldn't hurt! I was shocked to hear that there were over 100 children killed by accidents like this and 70% were cars driven by family. Thanks for the link :)

Hey Donette,
I am so bummed I missed it. Thanks for the link. They only had a portion of it on Larry's website, So I was glad to see the entire thing. What a blessing!

That was incredible to see their faith amidst their pain. Thanks for sharing.

I got to watch this last night because my parents had DVRed it while we were on vacation. It was amazing. I am very impressed with the maturity of his older children. I'd love to pick Steven and Mary Beth Chapman's brain about how they parent their kids. You don't see 17 - 22 yr. olds like that very often. On Steven's manager's blog, he posted about how Larry commented to them about their faith during a few breaks. It is very interesting. Here is the link if you care to look it up. http://chapmanchannel.typepad.com/jim/2008/08/larry-king.html
